Just wanting to know if anyone out there has herd anything about the moh switching over to fleet net? Iam in southeast zone 2 {northumberland county} and i have'nt herd any radio testing or noticed any new active frequencies. :?:

You are in for a heck of a wait.
The only CACC's in Zone 1 SW that have switched are:
Windsor
Wallaceburg (Lambton Kent)
Georgian (Simcoe and York)
London city
Cambridge (K/W Wellington Dufferin Co.)
Hamilton is said to switch over in mid April, Cambridge just switched over last week.
The next to go are Mississauga, Niagara (who are getting their own CACC)
and Oshawa.

anyone know what band they will be in? Some one told me the 400's. Futher, are they going to be digital or analog? Thanks fot your wisdom guys 
MOH will be analog. Does your scanner trunk VHF-Hi ? If not, it will soon be time to up-grade.

MOH Fleetnet Zone 2
Hey there, I am also in Northumberland/PTBO counties and am interested in MOH scanning. At a meeting yesterday with management in our EMS service, I learned that the "Projected date" is the third quarter of 2005 for implementation.
That said, it was also explained that Bell seriously underestimated the logistics and sheer volume of equipment required to go on-line, and that the OPP's requirement for portables alone have far outstripped supply.
So, in reality, who knows?!
