If you've been following the World of Radio reflector, you know that several countries (Romania, Poland, others) have increased their broadcasts in Ukrainian and Russian. That's HF - but now it seems Monaco is reviving its old 216 khz LW frequency, per this log (transcription errors are mine)

Hi all,
Some news from Monaco. Yesterday evening it was announced that the Prince's Government (of Monaco) has received the request to reactivate the LW 216 kHz transmitter, for (evening) broadcasts in Russian and Ukrainian.
But the organization has not been named.
More news ASAP.
===================
Folks have been trying to hear them - especially using the Twente SDR, and it seems they are abruptly pulling the plug no later than 1854 UT. It's not there every day (yet), as I'll bet they're working out the kinks in getting this back on the air. Reports seem to suggest that an omni antenna is being used right now.
You think you have a big antenna? Try this on for size...
Be sure to follow the World of Radio reflector at groups.io, and I wouldn't doubt that orgs like the Longwave Club of America (and several Euro DX clubs) members are watching this closely. Maybe some more LW transmitters will be un-mothballed. I can see the reasoning - it's harder to jam these signals....
