Monitor One TG on 800Mhz Trunk System

I hope this is not a dumb question:

Is there a way to MANUALLY tune the scanner to one programmed Talkgroup and then get my Pro96 to follow that TG ( like ID hold mode but I don't have to wait and hear something first, then press "pause")

Press [PGM] [TRUNK] to access the ID sub banks. Use the arrow keys to naviagte to the talkgroup you want to monitor and press [FUNC] [TRUNK].
