Monitor with PRO-2096

I have a PRO-2096 and would like to have it search a range of frequencies and record/report activity it finds in the scan range. Is there a program to do that?

Not possible; like most all GRE made radios, only up/download operations are allowed. Computer control is not in the firmware.
