I am using an RTL-SDR with DSD+ fastlane. I have two CAP+ sites I can monitor.
Although the system shows RAS, a few TGs come in clear, some don't unmute. Might be just how their radios are programmed.
Its cludgy with missed calls but works with a low system load.
Your system is much larger so each site may have to be setup as a system.
