Yeah confirmed it's in Pct. 9 area. Don't know exactly where though. They did mention Ch. 13 pulled up to the scene, so it should be on the news.

What happened

What ever happened to the guy? Did they arrest him?

They tallked him into surrendering at around 12:30. He walked out the back door with his hands up and they took him into custody. Interesting that non of the local news stations had/have anything on their website. I thing the police asked them to keep things quiet.
