A tough catch, no matter where in the world you are. I can't remember seeing more than a small handful of logs for Antartica. Not surprising at all, given the odd propagation problems you need to overcome to hear them.
All the things I am about to mention have links on the Utility Listening wiki
a. The WorldWide Utility News (WUN) club is devoted to utilitiy listening on HF - and they have a website where you can download their bulletins for the last 8 months or so. If you decide to join up, there's a page on QTH.net you go to do just that.
b. Hugh Stegman's Utility World column has a list of 2001 Antarctic freqs. While not current, it is at least a starting point.
I seem to recall that the NZ base has been reported on 9 Mhz somewhere - that might very well be found in the past newsletters.
