Monitoring JEA in St. Johns

Anyone monitoring and familiar with JEA monitoring in NW St Johns county? I'm interested in monitoring issues nearby. When power goes out, I'd like to monitor their work and have an understanding of what they're talking about. Anyone familiar with their comms? What talkgroups should I concentrate on. etc.
