The posted files are data files for the Win500 programming software. Win500 is used for programming the scanners listed on their website. Unless you have one of those scanners, these files are probably not useful to you.
The posted flies are for the Marshall, Rockville, and Bridgeton sites. Hearing those sites from Crawfordsville would be difficult.
