Monitoring So Cal Gas Co (SCG) audio on 996P2 w/DMR

Does anyone do it based upon the SCG data in the RR DB? If so, how?

The system is listed as DMR Motorola Capacity Plus Multi Site (TRBO).

I’ve tried programming Sites 1, 3, & 8 as DMR/MotoTRBO as well as conventional with no audio. Yes, I have plenty of signal. Is the answer encryption?

The most LCNs for any site is 2 with one site in the DB being 1. Can this be?

Yes, They use encryption.
