Agencies at all levels of government are using EBRCS TG 1025, a county interop talk group, to coordinate events at the Port of Oakland. The channel is fairly active coordinating the processing of passengers, movement of buses, etc. I'm hearing it on ALCO SW, so they may be broadcasting over a wide area. Just heard FEMA say to bring in your radios tonight and get them charged. I think it will take a few days to get everyone off the cruise ship. There was talk of aiming for 500 today. Have heard traffic from U.S. State Department as well as U.S. Marshall's Office. I'm sure state and county are in there as well.

On EBRCS ALCO NW, I heard traffic relating to disembarkation on the following talk groups:
1025
1031
1033
1034

8 TAC 91: 851.5125 CTCSS 156.7

While fairly quiet once docked, there was still occasional transmissions on the shipboard DMR repeater:
Bridge: 457.525/467.525, Color Code 13, Time Slot 1&2, Talk group 5956
