MONOC Atlantic VHF signal

Just wondering if anybody else is having problems receiving the MONOC Atlantic paramedic dispatch frequency 155.355? They've always been distorted to me, but today they're breaking up pretty badly, at least on my receiver. Not sure what's going on, but if this is their system and not a malfunction on my end how are the crews able to receive calls?

Check your antenna,I am hearing them perfect on my Whistler TRX1,I recently been noticing more traffic on it also.

They stared using a closed PTT Cellular system. Now all the sudden they are back on, or at least simulcasting, their VHF and UHF frequencies.
