Been listening to Boces bus frequency,haven't heard anything even during peak hours,

Perhaps someone let them know that they were running DMR on a GMRS channel, which is not OK.
So I found them on 460.600 still DMR CC1. I submitted the info this morning. Very sporadic transmissions.
I'm also hearing activity on 451.400 cc1. Monroe Boces.
The 451.400 is at 41 O'Connor Rd and the stated purpose on the license (WPYS810) is "Monitor activity on campus". 452.050 is also licensed to that site.
There are 2 more sites on the license: 120 E Main, East Rochester 452.250 and 25 O'Connor Rd 451.900.
I see DMR activity on all 4 frequencies but have not listened to confirm the use. It looks like 2 TGs and Slots per site.

The 451.400 is kind of a mess with the Wegmans CON+ on there. None of the BOCES frequencies are very strong here and 451.9 is too weak for voice decoding.
These frequencies certainly seem to be "on campus" use only for BOCES.
