Monroe County Sheriff Ch 39

I notice there is a new entry in the Database for Monroe County Law Enforcement:

151.77500 Sheriff "CH 39" FM Law Tac

Does anyone know what this is? I was under the impression 151.775 was a business frequency. And why "CH 39"? Intriguing!

It was submitted as being in use for that purpose with that name. Not being in the area, I cannot confirm it, I can only go with what was submitted. If you all find it is incorrect let me know

Just a guess but, Monroe Co. Sheriff's Dept used some oddball frequency for their explorer program. I remember hearing them at the Bloomington Speedway years ago directing traffic.
