I was listening to a chase in Monroe Co. and on MPSCS TG 2339 there was a helicopter directing a foot pursuit, does anyone know if this is Toledo PD's chopper or did MCS start their own aviation division, recently?

Monroe has their own helicopter. Id's as "Raptor"

Seen the answer to your question, but your question got me wondering if Monroe County does a fair amount of "interoperatiblity" with Lucas County and it's various agencies?

I've only monitored MPSCS for 2 months, but, haven't heard anything up to now.
