I was there a month ago and all was on VHF, I've not even heard rumors of them going to MPSCS.
Montcalm County would like to switchover to the MPSCS, but they have one major problem: money! Unless they can come up with some federal grant funding, I don't see them making a changeover anytime soon. For now, they will continue to operate on their VHF system.
I, do however, know that their EOC does have a base radio so they can talk with other counties. Likewise, their 9-1-1 Center does have the ability to talk on "STATW6," so they can communicate with other counties in District 6. However, everything else in Montcalm County is done on VHF-High band.

What is their PL tones?
Thanks gentlemen. I travel through the county and saw that they have talkgroups listed on RR list.
