Montco East question

Does anybody know when the east system will be going on the air, because I have not heard a thing, can anybody help?

I believe they are still in testing mode...or at least waiting for the results of the testing. Once that is done they should be opening it up. I believe they started testing in the beginning of August and at that point they were hoping to have eveything set in 2 or 3 months. So I would expect sometime in the very near future they will be operational.
Testing is being done on analog TG 2704 and Digital TG 26604 (I think that's right)

The system is presently projected to go online in October or November 2005. Things have been delayed before, so it would be my guess that a date in December or even January would not be far fetched. Although, I'd look for sooner rather than later.

Agreed...I think they learned alot getting the west up and running...it should make for a smoother eastern transition.
