Those are old 152 mhz paging channels that the county got when paging moved to 900mhz. I think site 10 is located at laguna seca. it's not simulcast it's just at the prime location between Salinas and the peninsula where alot of users a connected to it.

I guess that explains why I couldn't see the freqs on the fcc license... Do you know what the official name of the site is if it isn't simulcast?
