The short answer is No. All MCPD radio communications are digital trunked 800Mhz and you'll need a scanner that can trunk-track and decode P25 digital audio.

I bought a Uniden BP-250 with the digital card and sometimes the transmissions still come across sounding like a robot. I have followed the instructions with my scanner to "tune" in better and every now and then I hear the robot voice come across. Sorry if I sound stupid, I am new to the digital world of scanning.
