I made this just to organize all of the TG that we deciphered. You guys are more than welcome to add any TGs that you find.
Just so that we have all of this info organized somewhere

:)

I can confirm that Frederick and some other have had their radios reprogrammed. This morning it looks like frederick station 23 and 25 units were alerted mutual aid to montgomery for a auto accident on 7B. Since both systems are still in the radios until the P25 is live i’m sure it was accidentally use.

I dont know how to download this file from my Uniden Sentinel software but here is the transcription of what it said

"Rob.. Rob.. 7-George-22 Traffic? Go Ahead... Hold me out at 8750 Snouffer School Road at the racetrack. Maryland Registration ******.

If you look up the address it is the MoCo Public Training Facility and It has a racetrack so I am pretty sure that this is a PD Training Channel

We are making a lot of progress today! :)

I'm thinking you're on the right track with 6410 being a training channel. On Dec 20th, there's TG 6405 with a similar message "...8751 Snouffer School Road traffic with a Ford Interceptor..."

What I am not seeing on the new FF fleetmap are zones for neighboring jurisdictions. It's possible that these are interim maps and the "foreign" zones have not been developed at the time of publishing (the post is dated April 2020, while the Fleetmap date is January 2021) - or the county will be patching the neighboring jurisdictions into an incident tg. Also no FIRST tacs, and the LE tgs are noted as receive only (as they were previously,) but not secure.

Okay I have a few questions

is the patch for 7A2 going to still be 154.160?
And the Same freq as now for 7A1?

just to be clear we know that the PD freqs are not encrypted as of now...right?

Also thanks firephoto for the info very much appreciated! :)

Now all we need is the TG numbers...
We created a list in the google sheet above. It has the suspected PD TG and the FD TG along some other miscellaneous freqs. Feel free to add anything you find.

Unlikely the usage 154.160 or 153.950 would change - no point in doing that. A bunch of volunteer and admin pagers would need to be reprogrammed, and I haven't heard anything like that being discussed.

As for the county police encryption, we don't know the status of that rumor yet. The MCFRS fleetmaps only indicate that they are receive only in FD radios, but that doesn't necessarily mean that they won't be encrypted.

I added a slew of talkgroups to the system this morning, thanks to a submission. (Also added were several conventional frequencies.) If you guys could look over them and make sure there aren't any errors, it would be appreciated. (It's a lot of data entry, and even though I looked it over, it's possible I missed something.)

Also, all the talkgroups identified so far are using TDMA, correct?

Thanks,
Dave

I just looked at my Discovery files for today and found a very interesting tone on TG 6000
( which I suspect is A1 ) it sounds like possibly a new priority response tone for PD or an emergency alert tone.

I will edit this post with the file when I get home.
