Is the Crawfordsville SAFE-T site for Montgomery County simulcast? I am working with someone in Waynetown with a BCT15X and I want to check before possibly recommending a different scanner. Is there much traffic on the conventional frequencies in Montgomery and Fountain Counties. The person I am assisting is interested in police and fire. It appears that just about all of law enforcement is on SAFE-T. Any info about conventional frequencies in Montgomery and Fountain Counties and suggestions for scanners which work well on the SAFE-T system for those 2 counties and surrounding counties will be appreciated. Thanks!

It's not simulcast. Crawfordsville PD/FD, Montgomery County SO, and all county fire agencies use SAFE-T full time. Fire is paged on VHF still in addition to SAFE-T. Star Ambulance has moved to FirstNet if I'm not mistaken.
