Montgomery County have trouble with they radio have noise in background on 800mhz on county police frequency 860.5375 860.1875

Need a little help here. I know the Montg. Co. Sheriff has had some issues with there radios lately and the background noise. But I can't here them at all on all the different freq. I have. Have they switched to a different freq. all together?
