I live in the Moody area and just got my 996T online with the Butel EasyStream software.

Try connecting at 67.140.126.40 Use ports 8100 & 8101.

The scanner is on 24/7 right now, but the IP could change at any time.

Speaking of Leeds, you can set up fire tone out for Leeds with A=0; B=879. That's the All Call set up for Motorola Quick Call, but that's what they use for their two stations (everybody gets the page)
