I was updating my scanner, and I noticed that the control channels for the Moorehead Reservoir, in Laguna Beach, shows frequencies that look like they are pre-rebanding. They show as 866.xxx to 868.xxx, rather than in the 851.xxx to 853.xxx area. If they were re-banded, what are the right frequencies. Going to the license, as listed on that page of the database, shows both old and new, for a total of 60 frequencies. I would think they would only use around 6 or 8, at the most. Thank you, David

Subtract 15.0 MHz from the existing channels - 866.xxxx = 851.xxxx, etc.
