Do we have an idea as to MJSAR having their own TG on the PPSTN? Or do they merge and use an existing TG when doing Search & Rescue operations?

My understanding from the local group is that there is a common SAR talk group for all SAR units that requested radios. I dont know what that is yet as the local group tends to stick to FRS/GMRS band as much as possible.

I wouldn't be surprised if it was one of the Interop TG's they utilize. I highly doubt they pay to have them on the system with their own TG assigned on to PPSTN. I see they use NXDN radios in the province for communications, not sure how accurate that is to current date.
