Thanks for the help offer Jay, but it is just that I have never seen anything in the 770 Mhz to 780 Mhz band and I have been monitoring it on and off, more so lately. I use the R820T and SDR Sharp, and was just wondering if maybe I am missing something. I guess there just isn't any transmissions in that band around where I live yet, but I am sure it won't take long.

P.S. Stepping is 12.5 Mhz KHz correct?

I use steps of 6.25 because the assigned frequencies in the 769-775 band are on 6.25 "spacing". You're much more likely to see 770.60625 for example than 770.6125.

Thanks Jay that will probably help, lol nothing like having the correct spacing.
