More Flooding..

More rain to the area means more flooding to low lying already flooded areas.. The black river at Imboden rose 1/10 of a foot between 3:45 and 9:45 tonight already...1.46 inches of rain have been recieved here..Nothern counties and Missouri have seen even more yet..
