More Low Band weirdness

This came up a bit ago on 32.275. It has a 151.4 (possibly military 150.0) tone. It just slowly oscillates back and forth. It has been transmitting continuously.

I have seen that on HF and assumed it was local RFI.
Interesting you had a PL tone on it.

I logged 32.275 MHz 150.0 Hz Carrier on Nov 03 2014 all day using BCT-15 with that freq programed FM mode with 151.4 Hz and if i remember right i was getting it for about two days steady on frequency.
