Recently during band openings I found two DMR systems that are not in the RRDB.

Connect Plus system DSD+ shows as:
452.15 color code 1
452.65 color code 1
System ID 537
Site 1
These were on different days, not both at the same time.
Might be Toyota https://www.radioreference.com/apps/db/?fccCallsign=WQXA617

Tier III system DSD+ shows as:
451.450 control channel color code 0 L1-1.1 channels 3, 4
464.445? control channel color code 0 L1-1.2 channels 323, 324
452.025 voice channel color code 0 channels 95, 96

I can't tell which site 452.025 belongs to.
I can't tell if 464.445 is actually 464.44375 or 464.45 transmitting off frequency.
I don't know if there are more frequencies to this system.
I think this is Wise Electric Cooperative but the emission designators are wrong and the 464 frequency isn't licensed to them. I haven't heard their VHF analog frequencies lately.

Can anybody confirm any of this?

There are many DMR systems that are not listed in database.
Some have been submitted and not out on, others were put on database with wrong info. Seems they pick and choose. Therefore, I quit submitting.

Wise County Electric Co-op is a 4 site, 3 slot per site system. It was installed by Warner Radio out of Decatur. I think one site may be down currently from what I've heard though. The system was staged in Decatur in March of last year and installed in July IIRC.

I am currently working to identify and map the Farmers Coop Electric DMR Tier-III system used in Hunt, Rockwall, Hopkins & Rains counties but it's VHF. I see an awful lot of licenses which are operating as Tier III but licensed as Tier I.

452.025 voice channel color code 0 channels 95, 96
Raytheon SAS WQPX292 452.02500 2012-09-07 A 1 0 FB2 IG GREENVILLE ??

These out lying ares that are running DMR are quite loud into DFW, maybe you might start looking at Licenses further outside of Dallas to get this identification hit.
