Hey KF,

Have you answered your own question buddy?

More scanning

You can't always count on all databases to be prefect, complete and wholly updated all the time.

You already have the general frequency ranges that you locals use. So now it may be time to put your scanner to work. Enter these banks of frequencies and SCAN them. discover the freqs. on your own. You may hear lots of stuff. Record and search the active freqs. You will be able to tell what many of the active freqs. are and eliminate the ones that are services or other agencies that you arn't interested in and block them out. Then keep scanning. You'll eventually find what you're looking for then you can be one of RR's working hero's and present your findings to this database for everyone else's benefit.

And then there's the old saying: Want something done right ?.....do it yourself.

good luck

You can do a little on line detective work, go to the FCC web site and find your way to the database searches. There you can search your county, state, Lat/Long or whatever, and search service - public safety, business, broadcast; or search ranges of freqs. This will sometimes turn up surprises.

Then, you can scan 'em and if you hear stuff you can submit it to the database for the next person.

Good Luck!
