I see in the database the frequency is RX 154.0625 / TX 156.2400 but no CTCSS. Does anyone have some CTCSS for WV Police agencies? Also the RX looks like it is Narrowband but the TX is Wide. Can anyone shed some light on this?

I notice that Morgan County got a requested a cancellation of just about all of their new licenses, the VHF stuff and the 800 MHz system. I wonder what they're up to...

Morgan SO is still operating on 154.0625 as a repeater, not on the LTR system, only fire is on LTR, however I am curious about the cancellation comment, where did you find that on the FCC site?

sorry about the miss information, I live just over the Mountian from Morgan Co. and didn't hear them so I ASSUMED they were all on LTR Johnson. I haven't seen the cancellation stuff, but would you think maybe there planning on using the W.V.I.System?

Well now you can see what Morgan county is up too! UHF, non trunked, I have them programed in, but don't hear anything new. Expect it very soon!
I just bought a pro 2055 with LTR, LOL! they changed on me. But I'am trying to figure out the LCN (home repeater channel) IS the data base here for Morgan Co. correct in it's order?
This is how I have it now, in ch 101 (1) 856.2125, in ch102 (2) 857.2125,
in ch 103(3) 858.2125, in ch 104(4) 859.2125
in ch 105(5) 860.2125, in ch 106 (6) 851.0625 My guess is that (4) is the home channel, because it brakes squelch about every 10 seconds. Just reread the instructions again and still not sure? Thanks EDIT did have some traffic last night on there UHF. I'am wondering if maybe there LTR system is passport or another LTR thats untrackable.

That squelch breaking is not an indicator of what LCN is correct -- it's just the data burst. Honestly, I'm not sure how you can hear it in trunked mode, anyway. You should definately hear it in conventional mode. Try different configurations of LCN in the different banks of your scanner and listen for voice activity. This should be a better indicator of which LCN order is correct. Like this:

Bank 1: 1) Freq1 2) Freq2 3) Freq3 4) Freq4
Bank 2: 1) Freq2 2) Freq3 3) Freq4 4) Freq1
Bank 3: 1) Freq3 2) Freq4 3) Freq1 4) Freq2
Bank 4: 1) Freq4 2) Freq1 3) Freq2 4) Freq3

If you hear voice activity, note the bank and channel. It should give a talkgroup as you hear the voice talking. You may also hear morse code with an LTR talkgroup ending in 253, like 0-01-253. This would be the indicator to let you know which frequency is LCN 1, as in -01-. Good luck figuring out the system. And look through your manual to make sure your scanner doesn't have a "repeater finder" feature like the pro-92 & pro-97.

I'am using a Pro 2055 which is the Pro 97 desk/mobil and it does give talk group and repeater numbers. I haven't heard much at all for voice, but sometimes when I set on a channel iI will. Setting on a channel will give me "A" "BB" "CCC" numbers then on the right another set "R28" The R28 being the repeater? The "BB" has been upwards of 25+ and each transmition will give me different numbers. I have read WIKI and my manual on this and don't understand it. It maybe just a different type of LTR system? This is Morgan Co. West Virginia's LTR system. The county just this month has moved to a VHF 453.000 and VHF 155.000, but still is LIC. with the LTR 800. The data base gives little on this system, and I just to learn how to program a Johnson system have been monkeying with it. It really isn't priority to me to have it.

Per the Uniden manual to enter an LTR system enter the frequencies in odd numbered channels like, position 101, 103, 105 and so on. Until I did that I couldn't get it to track an LTR system.
