RadioReference.com Forums

I see in the database the frequency is RX 154.0625 / TX 156.2400 but no CTCSS. Does anyone have some CTCSS for WV Police agencies? Also the RX looks like it is Narrowband but the TX is Wide. Can anyone shed some light on this?
