Is MUN PD 1 being used? I haven't heard anything on it in weeks. I checked my scanner settings and it's not locked out. I even left the scanner on that TG for 4 hours and nothing.

Works fine here. Have you checked the bandplan settings?

I'm receiving all of the other TG's except PD 1. So I would think the band plan would be okay, or I wouldn't receive anything right?

Not sure, i would try to upload the system to the scanner again if you haven't allready.

try deleting the talkgroup, reenter it manually in the software, and upload it. PD 1 works fine here.

I just deleted the entire system and re-uploaded it again to the scanner. Waiting to see if I hear anything.
