DynRgrp is Dynamic Regroup. Essentially a subscriber can select this talkgroup and it allows the dispatch center to temporarily 'reprogram' the talkgroup to do whatever they need to accomplish. I've never seen or heard it used in Morris County. There is no specific talkgroup, in the radio its Dyn.

I've never heard ALCOMMON used. The TGID is DEC 2305 HEX 901.

FG1-4 EVAC are the Fireground channel that the subscriber switches to in emergency mode. The radio will revert to the normal fireground once the emergency is cancelled. These are the same frequency as the non emergency channels.

ALL-IOP I've not heard this used before either. It's a conventional channel. 453.62500

Police Direct and Police Car to Car are talkgroups police can use when they need to talk to each other and don't need county to correspond. I've heard it used for traffic details and the like. I believe they are recorded talkgroups unlike a fireground which is not repeated to the commcenter. Police Direct is HEX 115 DEC 277. Police Car to Car I have two possible TGID's I have not confirmed them. First is HEX 125 DEC 293, second is HEX 325 DEC 805.

I'm not going to submit those talkgroups because I am unsure of their status, if someone has more information on them please submit it. If any of my information is wrong above please correct me.

Each Trunked emergency button has it's own TGID. PD is 1911 Fire is 6911 and EMS is 5911. Don't know what the EMS Direct ID is.

FYI, there is no EMS emergency TG (5911). Fire & EMS share the EA TG 6911. There is also no TG 115. PD Direct & EMS Direct are exactly that... Direct, off system Astro simplex channels. The EVAC channels allow the radio user to transmit evac tones over the FG channels (different, mixed mode personality to accommodate that).

Regarding the FG-EVAC, I was mistaken and was thinking of a different radio configuration. There is no revert channel in there. The Revert is for the trunking emergency. TPS UI is enabled so yes you can sound the evac tone. However the TPS UI Enable is checked on the regular fireground channels as well as TPS Signaling and PASS Alarm filter.

I forget if I've heard activity over TG 115 (Police 15/Direct). It fits in the scheme right after Police 14. Maybe RocketNJ can clear this up. I have an inkling that CGLE has their own C2C channel TG 325 and non-CGLE uses 125. I forget where I got those numbers but it came from a configuration somewhere, unsure if it was a test channel or carried over from the old 4x system.

What is the PD Direct and EMS Direct frequency?

I can confirm that I've heard activity on TG 277 (hex 115) and confirmed its use by 18 and 19 cars doing traffic control on construction details. I've only seen Mendham RIDS on this talkgroup so it may be a "Mendham LE common" channel outside the Police 1 through 14 talkgroups. But it does in fact exist. I have it labeled 18/19 CONST DTL in my scanner as I've never heard any other unit on it.
