Hi everyone still no luck finding the parsippany pd freqs did a direct search and all.Ive been doing this since my signal corps days in the us army,have a pro 60 here outta be able to find them still no luck lol regards just_glen

That scanner is not capable of decoding P25 digital.

Correct, I stated you needed a digital scanner such as the BC-396 or Radio Shack Pro-106.

why am i haveing so much trouble picking up morris county comm dispatch it come in either real full of staic or it just cuts in and out when they are toneing units out

Explain in more detail. Are you monitoring the paging frequency? What area in Rockaway Twp are you located?

Try entering the PL tone (or whatever it is called on P25 systems) 293 for both channels.

They we're on 866.375. They have been rebanded -15MHz and are P25 digital.

They are county parks. Unless someone posts what they are, you'll just have to listen carefully.

Yes I saw you are in Rockaway Twp. Where abouts? White Meadow Lake, Marcella? Makes a difference.

In the southern part of the town you should have no problem receiving the TRS but up north near Cragmeure there is spotty coverage, especially if you are up against the mountain ridge, west of Green Pond Rd.
