Yes, the Middlesex County Mosquito Comm. is on this freq. and it's active from Spring through the Fall. I also may add that it's used mostly during daytime hours, however it is also active for special treatment/missions at night during the season. If you are set-up for monitoring low band, you should receive both sides of the conversation; however if you are using a stock antenna, then you'll probably only hear the base, which is in the Menlo Park section of Edison (unless the trucks are near you).
