Put all the Marine frequencies into your scanner, people switch around to different frequencies all the time, if your looking to listen to Coast Guard Group Buffalo forget about it they have a encrypted frequency they use.

I listen to :

156.8 - Calling and Distress
157.050 21a- USCG
157.10 22a- USCG
157.15 23a- USCG

173.100 USCG mostly encrypted but some stuff is in the clear in p25
173.5375 USCG mostly encrypted but some stuff is in the clear in p25

On 21 and 23 I do hear alot of USCG aircraft that come through the area....
