Just before the pandemic hit, the ICAO had a conference in late 2019 talking about the actual usage of the various NAT families and satellite for flights going across the Atlantic Ocean over the range of five years. While some activity did briefly increase for stations like Bodo in Norway, there were still alot of HF activity while satellite use did not take a meaningful percentage. The most active frequencies in each NAT family are:
NAT-A: 5598 kHz
NAT-B: 8864 kHz
NAT-C: 2872 and 5649 kHz
NAT-D: 4675 and 8891 kHz
NAT-F: 6622 kHz
NAT-H: 5583 kHz (RDARA region 1E)
NAT-I: 6595 kHz (RDARA region 1B)
NAT-J: 4651 and 6547 kHz (RDARA region 10E)
