MOSWIN P25 Phase II

Has anyone picked up any Phase II (TDMA) talk groups in the state of Missouri? I've been to various large cities around the state (STL, KC, Springfield, Columbia) and have yet to encounter P25 Phase II.

Are there any agencies transmitting Phase II anywhere in Missouri? Public safety or not..

Guess not.

The database might be updated to reflect that? Showing MOSWIN as Phase II when it is not, might make some people buy a Phase II scanner when they do not need it.

The P25 trunking system in Waco shows Phase II as well. I think they intend to move in that direction as they did on the TxWarn P25 system in Texas. It took a while for the "T" mode to show, but it did.

A system being Phase II capable is not the same as being Phase II. That's my whole point.

I've updated the miscellaneous text to reflect this. About the only way I know how.

I have asked in the past for the "Phase II" description box to be changed/updated and nothing has happened.

I’ve been all over the southern half of the state and haven’t encountered any phase 2.
