MOSWIN Troop F HP difficulty listening in Boone County, on brand new Uniden SDS100

I have just purchased a new SDS100 preprogrammed for BOONE county by Scannermasters. I am not hearing anything on MOSWIN for MSHP REG F. I hear all the VHF hi band stations that Boone County Local groups use though. I am wondering if I am missing something? I see the that the 700 frequencies are all programmed for my area in Boone but still no radio traffic. I have been out of the scanner business since MOSWIN took off, so I have a learning curve.

Did you program the 700 frequencies as trunking?
Did you program any Talkgroups?
