Gotta say, I'll give them a B+ for creativity - Here it is in all its gory detail.

Your password is alcatraz and I require your 100% attention for the next 24 hours or I will make sure that you live life out of embarrassment for the rest of your life.
Hello you do not know me personally but I know all things about you. Your personal fb contact list, phone contacts plus all the digital activity on your computer from previous 158 days.
Consisting of your masturbation video clips, which brings me to the primary reason why I am composing this email to you
Well the previous time you went to the porn online sites, my malware was activated inside your computer which ended up logging a beautiful video footage of your masturbation act by activating your webcam.
(you got a exceptionally odd preference by the way lol)
I own the entire recording. Just in case you feel I'm fooling around, just reply 'proof' and I will be forwarding the particular recording randomly to 4 people you're friends with.
It may be your friends, coworkers, boss, mother and father(I don't know lMy software program will randomly choose the contact details).
Will you be able to look into anyone's eyes again after it? I doubt that...
Nonetheless, doesn't necessarily need to be that route.
I would like to make you a one time, non negotiable offer.
Purchase 0.3RBTC and send it to the below address:

1F9um**W1nR7q6DkABHJXX2bqEbeSqd1ms4R

(If you don't understand how, lookup how to buy BTC.Do not waste my valuable time)
If you send out this particular 'donation' (why don't we call this that?). After that, I will vanish and never get in touch with you again. I will remove everything I've got concerning you. You may proceed living your current normal day to day lifestyle with zero stress.
You've 1 day in order to do so. Your time begins as soon you read this email. I have an special program code that will alert me as soon as you read this email therefore do not attempt to act smart.

Hahahahahahaha I got a similar thing only much less threatening. I wonder if there are any really stupid people who actually PAY when they get these scams! A few years ago I kept getting random phone calls from some "repair tech" who claimed my computer needs attention. He had a heavy foreign accent. The first time he called I politely told him I wasn't interested. But then I kept getting random calls, usually around dinner time. One night a few friends were over and I got another call. So we all started to mimic the caller and giving him doubletalk and singing monty python songs.......he never called back!

If it were me, I think I'd send an e-mail back to this creative fellow and tell him that not only do I not own a computer, but that I don't know how to use one.

We used to get the "repair tech" calls at home telling us we had a virus. I'd always feign terror and ask them to fix it - I'd always claim to be doing just as I was asked to do (e.g. log in to a site and grant them permission control my computer remotely) Oddly it never worked. The hardest part was trying to keep from laughing as their frustration grew greater. Gosh, I miss that hobby.

Probably not s good idea to reply to them, would only encourage more.
I remember in the windows 98 days I had a program that sent a fake message back to them saying the email was invalid and the message bounced, something like that wouldn't be a bad idea, they might cross you off the spam list.

I used to keep them on the phone and have them try their tricks in a VM, and really just infuriate them for as long as I could. Then i found out that some kids on the youtubes have millions of subs for doing the same thing, and the boss said she didn't mind me 'being so rude' to them. I figured they could waste 45 minutes out of my day or take my grandparents for $800 (again)..

What is your name, sir?

Exactly. I figured while I was "fussing" with them they weren't scamming anyone else. - Performing a "public service" you could say.

Take a look at 419eater.com for scamming the scammer.

Those guys are pros at stringing along all sorts of scammers. Absolutely hysterical some of the "safaris" they send the lads on with photos of them holding some of the most ridiculous signs and clothing imaginable.

I might be dating myself but this reminds me of when I was a kid, taking the dozens of "Postage Paid" post cards that infest magazines and scribbling nonsense on them and dropping them in the mailbox.

@N9JIG

I did the same thing with mail that included the PP envelope, I may or may not have done it recently :)
