I was out on the on the 102 yesterday, and saw a motorcade of some sort rolling towards Halifax near the airport, but I didnt see any kinda of limo or anything special for a vehicle so thats why Im thinking training...I've never seen so many cop cars in one place, in motion at least, there had to be 8 or 10 cars, it was a mix of RCMP and HPD it looked like, and 2 unmarked crown vic's, maybe more, and some bikes too, I saw at least 6 bikes, 2 of them had traffic stopped further down the road closer to the airport..anyone hear anything on the scanners?
