Motorola 800 MHz Antenna Mod

I just got to work on a quick and fast mod to a extra Motorola antenna i have, going to mod it to a bnc connector. What you see below is not the finish item, I'm going to take some more metal off the antenna so that it will sit lower on the bnc, but so far, it seem's to work just as good as any other antenna.

where did you get that adapter from. I have obe here but its a little taller.

Im using the same antenna. In smack between at least 3 simulcast digital sites and i use the small antenna to reduce the signal.
