Motorola Advisor Pager Programming

Hi all!

i am new here and i have a question

if any one can help me please:

i have a Motorola Advisor Pager with hebrew characters on it.

recently i've found a programming interface with all cables and software.

i have a problem when i am trying to read the pager : Incorrect or Invalid Data received.

i think it is because COUNTRY.RSS file is without hewbre.

this is the content:

Most likely, your problem is your operating system. What operating system are you using? Is it Vista?
Is it XP? The software for this pager is expected to have a MS-DOS operating system. NOTHING ELSE WILL WORK!

i have Windows Xp.

yes, the software is MS-DOS based.


but still cant read with it.

What obijohn is trying to tell you is that you need a computer running DOS. XP won't work with that software.

I bought an old 98SE with DOS to program stuff. there like $20-$50 on ebay

i've already managed to read a different Advisor Pager with my Kit.

the Problem is that i cant Read a Motorola Advisor Pager with Hebrew Charset.
