ATS2500/MTX960 COMMON PROBLEM ? AND E HOW TO CURE?

To all buddies here at RadioReference.com, good day & night to all.
Again i need some cue regarding the common trouble of ATS2500/MTX960 , i have here a few units , i got puzzled to this , its only an alarm sounds when i press the PTT in trunking zone. i move to conventional to find out the rf output. Then i noticed no problem in RF, whaaaa, my mind got stock what to do..

Hoping any body can share some hence regarding this...
