i saw a set of motorola distance radios for $45
i was wondering is this a good price for motorola distance radios? do they go farther / have better options than the regular motorola talkabouts?

just motorola distance radios in general

No experience, but I'll bet that the design was done by the marketing department, not the engineering department. (Are you sure there isn't a little "TM" next to the word "distance"?)
