Just out of curiosity when a I-Calls pop up on my BR330T and you get two people talking which displays i61691 - iXXXX. Is the ID unique to that individual, so say for example I saved that ID as unit 5 if that ID pops up again its going to be unit 5 .... if that makes sense.

It is unique to the radio. If the same person uses the same radio everytime, then yes.
