motorola minitor 3 owner manual

does anyone know where i can obtain an owner's manual for a minitor 3 (preferably an online one in .pdf format)

please, dont say ebay, i already spent $200 on the unit and charger, dont need to spend more.

also, for people in central MD... do you know where there is a motorola radio shop that will program this for me? (im tired of asking the FF at headquarters to do it for me)
