Is there a web page that streams it? If so, go to it on Pocket Internet Explorer and click on the streaming link. It should open Pocket Media Player. Hope you have unlimited data on your account...

For example, I head over to http://www.radioreference.com:8000/ and click on the m3u link and can listen to New Orleans public safety on my Q
