Motorola Shuffle Band Plan

I read a rebanding document from Motorola. It talked about shuffle band plan for the 3600 type 2 trunking systems only. If the user chooses to use this feature will a scanner still trunktrack the system? Or is this just to keep unauthorized users of the system?

So far, this is all theoretical as no such system exists. However, it should work on Uniden models if you enter the appropriate custom band plan (which will have negative "polarity").
